Our Performance

We offer our clients a Service Level Agreement (SLA), which is a promise to respond and fix any IT issue within a set timescale.

We don’t advertise meaningless statistics about how fast we fix problems or how many are fixed on first calls. Why not?

We view these statistics very cynically and we know that many ‘break fix’ IT companies and their clients who perceive good IT support to be when they have a member of the IT firm on the phone to them fixing minor problems every day or week (when in our eyes, those problems shouldn’t have occurred if the IT firm had done its job properly in the first place). We view this as very ‘poor’ IT support, and we know the actual cost to businesses using them.

We prefer to do the job properly from specification and build of equipment to software and services/securely managed, often with our clients not knowing we have done anything.
