We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, customer focused, with a proven track record of delivering high quality support over the phone, via email and on site.
The right candidate will be self-motivated with excellent customer service skills and take a clear logical approach to problem solving whilst working under pressure.
Offer first- and second-line support to clients of varying technical ability
Configure, install, troubleshoot and maintain devices & services both remotely and on site
Administer, maintain and monitor Active Directory, Office 365 and other business systems
Follow all IT Helpdesk, ISMS and company procedures
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server environments/MS Office/365 installation, configuration, management and maintenance
A good understanding and experience of installing, configuring and diagnosing applications and hardware
Good understanding of networking (Firewalls, internet connectivity, routers, switches, VoIP)
Prior experience within a similar role
Relevant Level 3 qualification or above
Full clean driving licence required; own transport preferred.
The right candidate will have a background in governance (ISO27001, ISO9001 and GDPR would be ideal)
Training in our processes and formal auditor training will be provided
Work closely with our clients to prepare them for audit
Advise and guide clients on information security and governance
Work with clients in person, by phone or by email
Perform pre-audit checks, audits and write audit reports
